RETURN & REFUND POLICY – URBAN TRENDS

Returns

We offer a 3‑day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at urbantrends.co.in.06@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to our support team. Please contact us before returning any item.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective,

  • The item is damaged, or

  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws.


Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union Cooling‑Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Please note: banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
