We also taking care of regulating Management structure, Factory production capacity, Key production process, Production plans, Workforce, HR policies, Quality management within the factory, Safety measures like Fire safety, Lifts, Electricity, Water, Environment standards, verification of Licenses and Govt. Regulations etc.

Our quality assurance program ensures that quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. We understand the importance of identifying potential problems as early as possible in the production process so that solutions can be found and the need for costly changes in the later stage Appling fish bone & 5S system in production process & can go in root cause and therefore corrections can be eliminated. We have trained QC Inspectors who observing throughout the productions and initial production check is an examination of components, materials and product quality at the start of production to foresee risks and prevent resources being wasted. After product samples are provided QC and they will verify that correct materials, components and accessories have been used as per product specifications. Our Quality Inspectors will randomly select and inspect a sample of partially produced products for potential defects, then report findings to Top company officials. We also meeting outside quality Assurance systems on the basis of Buyer’s nomination of Authority.
